BRIEF ABOUT THE FOREIGNER:
The foreigner by name Ikechukwu Sylvester Mbah @ Sylvester is a native of Nigeria. In the year 2012 he came to Mumbai, India on business Visa. Initially he used to do cloth business, where he used to purchase clothes at Mumbai on cheaper rate and exporting to his country.
In the year 2019, Taloja Police, Navi Mumbai arrested him in passport Act case. After (02) years he came out from Central Prison, Navi Mumbai and stayed in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai in his friend’s room who are indulging in drug supply and peddling. He is also moving with the drug supplier and peddlers and eking his livelihood.
On 05-02-2025, when he was wandering in suspicious manner in Humayun Nagar PS limits he was apprehended. On enquiry he could not give any proper answer nor produce any valid documents and also his stay in Hyderabad. After thoroughly enquiry he revealed that he doesn’t have any valid Visa and overstaying in India even after the expiry of the Visa. Upon after completion of all the procedures and with the co-ordination of FRRO he has been deported to his native country.

In recent times, some foreigner’s coming to India from various countries on Medical Visa, Student Visa and Business Visa etc. Even after the expiry of the passport and visa they are staying in India and indulging in illegal activities i.e., transporting, supplying and selling the various types of drugs in India, resulting which drug abuse and consequent addiction is rising in the society, leading to disastrous consequences for the family as a unit and the society in general. Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) requests the public of Hyderabad to refrain from the substance abuse and parents are advised to keep a watch on the activities of their children to ensure they do not fall prey to drugs.
